NICCLARE LLC was established in 2006 to locate and develop specialty properties throughout the Chicago area. The Managing Partner of NICCLARE, Bruce Povalish, has extensive business and financial experience as a business owner and as Chief Financial Officer of many Chicago area companies during the past 25 years. He has been involved in the acquisition and development of various residential and commercial properties and has been instrumental in the financing of these projects. The long-term goal of NICCLARE and its Partners is to double the project production every two years up to a maximum of ten projects per year. The market niche for NICCLARE will be developments with an “As Completed” value of between $5-$10 million.
